Gorramn spammers! *grr* (Kilala.nl (Cailin Coilleach)) by Cailin Coilleach

Bastards...

The past week some spamming company has been using addresses from my Kilala.nl domain as their "Sent by" address. Of course this means that I'm getting the brunt of their spam-run, what with all the bounces and OORs coming back to me. Just this morning I've had >1000 e-mails thanks to those bastards.

All e-mail addresses start with the word patrolparts, followed by a few additional letters. For example: patrolpartseadih AT kilala.nl. All the bounces and such are caught by my catch-all mailbox and thus end up in my inbox. Luckily Mail.app flags them as spam, so I'm not -really- confronted with them. The only downside is that from time to time the mailbox goes over-quota.

When I make the final switch to DreamHost I plan on -not- using a catch-all box. It makes things a bit less flexible, but I don't think I'll be missing out on much. A few of my forum accounts may point to non-existent addresses, but that's easily solved.
