Feh! I hate it when I feel confused, angry and sad at the same time. Throwing one of my tempter tantrums just cost me a thirty euro stylus. For that one split second the explosion feels great, but the seconds leading up to it and the hour after it suck.

This isn't the first time I've busted things either. At least one cellphone and a keyboard have suffered at my rage. I'm just glad it doesn't happen very often :)

Screw homework. I'm going to bed, since apparently I need my sleep. I'll catch up tomorrow.

I haven't had these glasses for more than ten days and they're already fscking broken! D: *grr* *angry*

They took a 50cm drop into the bathroom sink, which apparently was too much to take with the way they were cut. ;_; I guess they don't call it a hoge brekingsindex (high refractory index) for nothing. *sigh*

Thank Jeebus I had them insured. And thank Jeebus again that I was smart enough to buy backup glasses as well!

HP support call from Hell (Kilala.nl (Cailin Coilleach)) by Cailin Coilleach

I must say that Hewlett Packard have a very interesting definition of "mission critical tech support". One of our servers isn't feeling too healthy and it's covered by one of their uber-hot contracts, so they've given us this phone number to call in case of emergencies.

Well... I just spent sixty minutes on hold (exactly sixty minutes!) waiting for _anyone_ to answer the phone and then an automated message came on, telling me they could not take my call right now. D:

What. The. Fuck?!

Did I mention that that hour was spent listening to the exact same loop of twenty seconds "No woman no cry" and ten seconds "All our operators are busy. Please hold the line." And I don't mean that the song was being repeated... NO! I mean the exact, same, fscking, twenty seconds of the song were being repeated. It's driving me nuts, because I'm on hold... Again...

What the hell are those guys doing?! x_x

At least the project guys left their office door unlocked so I could quickly snag a bit of their unfinished lunch... Else I wouldn't be having dinner either. =_=; Posted in: angry , crap , hp , tech support
