Playing with InkScape (Kilala.nl (Cailin Coilleach)) by Cailin Coilleach

Yesterday someone at the Mac Freak fora pointed me towards InkScape. InkScape is an open source (and free!) vector graphics tool that's a nice alternative to Illustrator. Or so I'm told. Apparently there's a whole bunch of webcomic artists who use it.
I decided to play around with it a little and so far I quite like it! I've never worked with vectors before and I have to say that I'm loving it! It's awesome that you can tweak and change the flow of a line at the press of a button. It makes drawing cartoons and such much easier!
I'm definitely going to be toying with this a lot more!
In the meantime, here's my first project with InkScape. Lately, Achmed, the dead terrorist has been making the rounds at the office. His tagline "Silence! ... I kill you!" has become an office favourite. Very suitable, since we've taken to playing Enemy Territory in the after hours ^_^
